- haviong the Polling Commission in place will guarantee that we will have elections for everything else. Also, members most trusted as Polling Commission, will no longer be available for other elected office. Nominations depend on who is available.

- ICANNATLARGE.ORG needs an executive/administrative Interim Panel more than it needs anything else at this point.
- The most important thing now is setting-up the by-laws/constitution which will govern everything else afterwards, including polling, membership, administrative structure and functions, etc.
