Comments:
- first we need bylaws which will determine this answer
- What I want is four officers (as above plus a Vice-president) with the usual responsibilities. However, in ICANNATLARGE.ORG, it is the Panel which functions as the executive, not a 3-person subgroup, and that's how I'd like it to stay.
- Maybe 3 people are too many for restricted groups with focused missions
- There should be one elected executive; all other executive power should derive from him/her, with perhaps a confirmation process involving either the membership or a panel. (I have in mind something like the U.S. Cabinet.)
- The board may elect its pres, sec, and treas on a quarter based or something
- I detest that word "executive". I only want to elect "administrators" who obey the instructions of the membership.

- None of the governmental alternatives need an executive branch.
- The first question was vague. "B" implied a single officer with a particular mandate. Rather, I would like a set of committees of 3-5 members with an overarching executive somewhat larger.
- We've just dumped an informal structure where some folks fancied themselves as executives. Let's not replace them with even more hierarchy.
- I would prefer to elect a president, and allow the president power of appointment.
