Comments:
- I don't know how much work maintaining this list would be. My instinct is that it's not enough for a whole committee, though, that it should be the responsibility of someone on the panel.

- I want an elected Secretary of the organization, whose duties include responsibility for the membership roster. Some of the work can be delegated; responsibility cannot.
- This depends on what the constitutional standard for membership is.
- Maintaining the members' list, yes...determining who is a member, no...that should be up to a "legal" committee of sorts. And the number shouldn't be fixed...I think 3 may not be enough to do the job later on.
- yes but it needs to be appointed by the chair rather than elected.
- I fail to see the need for a policing of membership.
