Original question:
These questions were raised by Jefsey Morfin on the icannatlarge discussion list.
1 Question 'where' : - there are those who want to be a structural force within ICANN - there are those who want to be a influential force on ICANN from their outside action - there are those who want to build outside of ICANN
2. Question 'what': - there are those who want to build a constituency (IDNH; @large, SMEs) - there are those who want to be a large organization - there are those who want to lobby
The Voting options have been condensed to cover both main questions.

Comments:
- Too many cooks are not good, ICANN has been trying to achieve a framework anyway. All should help towards making it effective rather than having small islands and reaching nowhere..
- this question as worded is confusing. last choice does not show in my browser.
- I would have preferred the option "ICANN constituency OR elsewhere in case ICANN is superseded
- This is not a question of choice, but rather a question of priority. The best way is to create an indepedent organization with influence on other orhanizations (ICANN, ITU,...)
- A large org has more options, as it is not in itself single-minded
- Combination of all of the above as needed/appropriate
- is necessary to promote the participation
- IcannatLarge needs to be independent from ICANN, yet not too big (Management problem).
- The question is confusing. What I'd like is a large ICANN-related lobbying force that works
- Grab the Secretariat and run away with it.
- What exactly are we voting on here? The meaning of the options is not clear.
- all the above - need flexibility
- the important point is to build something which makes sense not only inside, but also outside the icann process. even if beeing an icann constituency, that doens´t mean it cannot get ignored in the icann policy making process.
