Comments:
  • I am in favour of as much direct democracy as is practical. It is the best way to forestall hijacking of Icannatlarge.
  • is necessary a real participation
  • This may be fine if not over done.
  • Emails available in text-only format, please - feel free to make a html version, but also let us use html.
  • This is essential. The Swiss model works well.
  • I abstain because "periodic intervals" is too vague. No big membership organization can function with polling every couple of days.
  • Sorry – the poll is interesting, but too many and too broad to ask all at one time, since no background is given and some people (like me) don't follow all discussion threads. More frequent polls, focused, would be good.
  • polls let us know people are following discussions which tend to be limited to a few people
  • as long as the answers are valid in more than multiple choice format, that sucks
