A Charter for the ICANN at Large

In this space, with the help of the Forum, an At Large Charter will be developed.
Contributions are invited from Lawyers with particular experience in this field. (on-line organizations)
Proposed Charter articles will be entered with the names of their Authors, in different colours for easy reference. Final wording will be determined by the outcome of a consensus process or a vote.
